BillPayManager is a custom bill tracking and payment management platform built to help users organize recurring bills, subscriptions, income, payment plans, and monthly balances.

The system supports workspace-based bill management, monthly views, paid/unpaid tracking, payment source details, receipts, manual payment workflows, auto-mark-paid automation, and payment plan countdowns for installment-style balances.

It is designed for users who need more than a basic checklist, including households or teams that want clearer bill visibility, payment history, role-based access, printable summaries, backups, and admin-controlled feature access.
